Recruitment of staff

The recruitment of security personal in a blend of Ex-servicemen, Ex-Militray forces and Civilians who are young, energetic and willing to take challenging assignment our clients in accordance with their specific needs and requirements.

Gun-man Recruitment

We undertake the arrangement for supply of gun-man who undergo regular firing practice sessions at the ranges under the supervision of qualified staff and who are mentally fit.

Rotation

The guards shall be rotated periodically (normally after Six months) or as and when the clients so desire. If the client is dissatisfied with any guard, he will be replaced within 24 hours.

Housekeeping

We are providing housekeeping who is well qualified in their fields, honest and devoted their duties. Selection of these staff members is based on their qualification and professional experience.

Monitoring

GUIDELINES FOR THE SUPERVISORS We will be providing a staff supervisor depending on the requirement. Basically, he will be overall staff supervisor.

Responsible for overall services.
Act as an interface between the client and the facility staff.
Responsible for overall maintenance of the hospitals, hostel, Malls,establishment premises.
Regularly meeting with client and give all information which he has and immediately feedback as per order.
Coordinate and kind of shifting/relocations of office etc.
Coordinate with client and operation manager or field supervisor.
Responsible for the turnout/grooming of the entire facility staff.
Determine and coordinate the work schedule for all the profiles.
Maintain attendance register for the staff.
Coordinate all special requirements case of important event.
To create self-awareness in their subordinates.
To help induce sense of responsibility, discipline & hygiene in all employees.
Will report from time to time seniors for quality maintenance.
Will monitor and audit quality checks from time to time.
Ensure presence of staff at their respective stations and the completion/compliance of the various duties assigned to them.
